Services

We provide direct‑mail design, printing, postal preparation and mailing services. Specific deliverables, quantities, schedules and pricing are described in your campaign proposal or order confirmation.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of job‑site addresses and any content you submit for inclusion in mailings, and for compliance with applicable advertising and consumer‑protection laws.

Intellectual property

The Jobsite Mailings name, Signature Lead Letter system, proprietary handwritten letter technology, website content and creative templates are owned by Jobsite Mailings and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the campaign in question.
